John did a great job clearing the blockage by running heavy duty snake from roof air vent and then tested thoroughly to confirm good water drainage by running water from two bathroom showers toilet and even washer at the same time

Great service had a toilet flapper leak john tried to replace the seal first to save cost unfortunately that didnt work but i appreciate the effort to save me some
