Pros

Solid build and tasteful design all around. Plastics are dense and everything works smoothly and consistently.

This little radio buys piece of mind. We use it just for emergencies but love knowing it's there when needed. Any help appreciated. Can't wait to use this radio without having to have another hurricane sandy.

Built in ni-cad battery dies. The crank time is effortless and it seems to play for a long time on a short crank! No more waiting to replace the batteries.

I love how portable the radio is and the dynamo powering! Pretty compact but very robust and designed very well.

Outstanding am and fm reception, even when it's not near a window or exterior wall. This is especially noteworthy as it beats the reception quality of my other three radios, made by sony, samsung and tivoli audio.

Cons

Internal rechargeable battery dies rendering the dynamo option useless. Lithium batteries cannot be recharged partially. The tuning is very unforgiving.
