It's an unnatural position and if your wrist relaxes it pushes the middle finger down lightly on the the right side of the mouse.

A pleasure to use compared to a traditional mouse.
Pairing was easy on a windows 10 home 64-bit machine.
I came across this mouse, and they seem to carry that same mouse from the same manufacturer.

I did take one point off of comfort because it really isnt compared to traditional mouse especially if the table the mouse is on is anywhere above your elbow height
