Pros
The only reason most people will ever replace them is because they want a newer look for the fightstick. They fit very snug into the button holes and don't move around. Snapped right in, plug and play.
Arcade original. Remarkably fast dispatch.
Quality of item was distinguished. They have nice non-tactile light spring response and are very shallow which provides room inside the cabinet. Based on recommendations, i bought this for an mame arcade build.
Cons
The * were all packaged in the same plastic bag so the metal prongs on the back of the * left scratches on the surfaces.
