Pros

It's nice and springy and clicky in the best possible way. The clicking is a little quieter and less cheap sounding than the stock sticks in the arcade1up cabinets.

Worth every penny. Great reliable quality.

It was literally as easy as removing and installing 4 small screws. Easy to connect up to a usb encoder and use with mame etc. Works perfectly and plugs right into the existing cable.
