I've had this for almost a week, now, and i am extremely happy with it.
The other issue with the sanwa is that the trackball is off in it's tracking.
No need to understand the box the product speaks for itself.
A little bigger then the track-man, works great.

Once everything connected, the slightest flick of the thumb would sent the cursor zooming across the screen.

If you have never used a track ball you should be aware of one thing there are two main families of track balls either the ball in the center and moved by your fingers or this kind where the ball is moved by your thumb

That said while i recommend it there are a few differences you should know upfront its noticeably bigger so it will be a little awkward to use at first but youll likely adjust in short order the gap between ball and housing is a little larger easier for pet hair and the like to make its way in as i found when mine stopped working briefly the light that tracks the ball position is visiblered and the light leaks around the ball a bit in case glowing computer bits cause you griefi dont think any of those are likely to be dealbreakers for most people

Ive had 3 of the tbb18s over about 14 years and loved them but i was unwilling to pay scalpers prices for a replacement

Failing that you can push it out by inserting the eraser end of a pencil or something similar through a hole in the bottom of the unit
