Pros & Cons
Pros
The sanwa trackman has a thumb trackball. This allows the thumb to rest comfortably on the track ball. This has helped significantly with wrist and hand fatigue. Decent and different ergonomics vs.
Sanwa trackball works much the same as my older logitech model. This corded unit has plenty of cord, and eliminates that concern working in public places such as airports. Motion sensor looks like it's arranged to minimize crud buildup on it.
The sanwa is a bit larger than the logitech (every dimension, including the ball) but is comfortable for my average sized hand. The ball is slightly larger than that of a logitech, but i like that. The heavier / larger ball has more carry (inertia) wh... Read More
Ball is bigger, rolls more smoothly then the mx570.
The sanwa trackball feels like the first-generation logitech trackman from the early 2000s. I have an old padded mousepad that works just fine for this. Nice near replacement for the old, long discontinued logitechtrackman wheel's.
Cons
The scroll wheel is too far back. Its location causes pain in my wrist. Also, it ships from asia, which is slow. Very difficult to maneuver with precision.

The ball kept falling out of my logitech and would roll all over the floor.
Price
For myself, i found it very worth the price and worth the wait.
All told, i think its worth the cost.

The mouse itself is quite good for the price.

Competitiveness
One review claimed it to feel light or cheap but i disagree and would suggest its quality to be superior to the m570 (which fra... Read More
I tried a couple different track balls and even a vertical mouse but i didn't like any of them as well as the logitech.
In my opinion, side by side this has a much better action than my older logitech.
Roller is bigger than logitech and easy to move.

Would only suggest for the creators that the bottom lip of the trackball get pulled in a little bit

The ball wont fall out and the lip isnt protecting your thumb from the table but rather causing my thumb to hit the lip on occasion

If youre wondering how the mousehand position will feel then simply take another mouse small ball or bunched up paper towel and put directly under your palm like youre resting your hand on a mouse
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Let fingers and thumb be loose and that will be the position of the trackball

Dont have to tense your thumb to use the mouse and you wont scrape your thumb across hard plastic if you go half an inch like on other models
