Pros
I like being able to easily switch it out without having to do an upper body workout, lol, so this is perfect. The rack is terrific, easy to manipulate and hang. I'm pretty mechanically minded and everything seemed pretty intuitive.
The hold down straps are not velcro and seem well designed. Lock straps are easy to use and have great non slip grips. The straps are very long, so i recommend adding some velcro straps to keep them wrapped up.
Saris rack is sturdy but not as sturdy as my hitch-mount rack. Holds electra townie securely. I carry 2 heavier mountain bikes, i probably use this thing on average 15 to 20 times per year.
This rack fits our honda fit really well. I bought a kryptonite kryptolok and ran it through the middle cylinder, it's the perfect length to secure one bike and doubles as a stabilizer for the front wheel. This fits my mazda cx-7 perfectly. It goes on... Read More

It’s perfect and the price was so reasonable.
So after deciding the bmw tax was just too high to put on a receiver hitch i opted for the saris rack.
This cost me two batteries so i know what i'm talking about.
I bought this, more than i wanted to spend, but worth the cost.

Do not that if you have a beach cruiser or any bike which doesnt have a frame with a straight top tube you will need an adaptor to use this rack

Mounting first time it takes 15 mins of getting the straps where you want them for your vehicle
