Pros

It takes a while to get it installed and adjusted properly. The thing that impressed me most is the lack of polystyrene packaging materials. In this reviewers humble opinion, this is a great hitch and you can't go wrong by buying it.

They include the allen wrench you need to screw in the bolts; your crescent wrench or even pliers hold the nuts while you do this.

Light weight makes installing and removing easier than most racks. Built well, sturdy, and easy to load. Bikes once on are solidly in place.

The frame clamp attaches easily to most standard bike racks. The cross bar folder is a little flatter than i would like. The adjustable center * don't go up any higher.



Cons

The clamp on the upright clamp isn't long enough to fit around the frame where the battery attaches. The light gauge metal just not being a heavy enough gauge. The plastic protection in the post strap is useless and will not stay slid up on the straps...  Read More

    The adjustments did take a while with several trials and tweaks with the wheel holders and centerpost clamp positionings

    Again you can tilt the bike outward to slide the center clamp up or down into position
