The bikes did not sway at all and the straps were as tight upon arrival as when i cinched them down when i left

When the rack arrived and i assembled everything i saw one of the wheel trays was missing the strap like it was never installed at the factory

Allinall i find the wisconsin usa made ex 2 to be an easytouse bike rack that focuses on quality and utility

I dont like to read instructions or plan much in advance to install things which has led to some um issues with installing bike racks the past
