The rack is well designed, and although it takes a while to get it installed and adjusted properly, it is a solid performer. The only minor downsides to the rack are its included tools and its price.

The only upside i can see is that there seems to be a decent warranty, which will likely be be put to the test soon when this rack inevitably falls about. At $579. Wouldn't consider buying again.

Very light weight and compact bike carrier with the weigh carrying capacity i needed for two e-bikes!

Adjusted to fit both type bikes, and even with the heavy e-bike (about 45 lbs) it doesn't rock or sway over bumps.

No adaptors available so i was looking for a platform style rack that preferably didn’t touch the frame but the cost was too high.

I bought mine from a local bike dealer (waupaca wi), and shipping was overnight.

Packaging/appearance

Customer support to quickly ship 2 bolts and nuts that were missing on the packaging.

The thing that impressed me most is the lack of polystyrene packaging materials.

Competitiveness

Great cradle support for step thru ebike configurations.

This is a good product and it’s made in the usa.

My wife and i just purchased two aventon ebikes (pace 500 and a pace 350 step through.

Also, if you are purchasing for ebikes buy the longer straps.
