Pros & Cons
Pros
The superclamp ex 2-bike rack from saris is excellent for transporting your bikes - especially if you have a rear lift door, as i do on my mini van. It has a great tilt feature that allows you to load your bikes on the rack but still be able to access... Read More
There was plenty of clearance between the bikes and the trunk to open the trunk. It is a chore to load and unload the bikes, but i don't think there's any way around that.
The rack is quite sturdy and pretty easy to install on the hitch since it only weighs 35 pounds. It is heavy but lighter than others. I don't know how much lighter you could get and still maintain the sturdiness of the rack.
Built-in cable locking system is impressive to say the least. The locks are part of the bike bar. There is a small catch that keeps the locking housing connected to the frame.
The thule also fits both receiver hitches but many do not. The rack works with a 1 1/4 hitch receiver or a 2 hitch receiver. It utilizes an included adapter if you have a 2 hitch receiver.
Cons
Missing one of only two bolts needed for assembly. They rest on edge of the plastic wheel mounts, which maybe why it failed.

Shipping
In today's age of same-day and two-day shipping, be prepared to wait a week or more for delivery.
Box was pretty banged up, but the rack survived shipping.
Competitiveness
I do remove ebikes batteries before transport.
Holds our 2 55lbs fat tire bikes with ease.
They should have welded it in place like their competitors.
Seems to secure e-bike with regular bike well.
