Pros
The bike is balanced, even while unsecured. They make it easy to keep your pedals, wheels, and frames isolated. You can strap the tires to the base as well.
This rack handles my 72 pound bike like a champ. It holds the bikes like a glove. Since the rack weighs 35lb, this 2-bike holds up to 120 pounds.
Saris is streamlined, practical, and perfect for the back of a subaru forester.

The rack cables are sufficient to impede theft a little bit. But for securing garage sale or estate sale bargain bikes that you weren't expecting to be hauling. Also can set off back up sensors.
Cons
The bike rack is not sturdy! It wobbles back and forth and side to side. They have an attitude and i have * gouges on my expensive ebike. This product wobbles like crazy at the hitch.

2 days later i received and used the replacement and it works just like it is supposed to.
I do remove ebikes batteries before transport.
