When the nov 2019 lamp arrived the bottom looked to be pristine the two lamp heads looked to be dentfree but the edge of one of the lamp heads was rust pitted see picture

I suppose the customer whose complaint was of the difficulty of turning the lamp onoff must have received a defective one
