Pros
It is very comfortable and saves my hair from damage. Roomy enough to fit all of my waist length hair. It’s manly and has no issues wearing at night.

This is awesome for my son curly hair after we straighten it. Not too tight, keeps my curls nice for the next day. Purchased this cap to use during sleeping with my wavy hair.
It has very soft silky material on the inside so there is minimal hair breakage thru the night. Lining is smooth and satin-like. The only thing i noticed is that when i use a regular pillow case and not a silky one, it pulls off.
Cons
Strap is too thick and i can feel it pushing against my skin during sleep. It isn't adjustable. I legitimately struggle to find hats (think baseball cap) that fit / adjust small enough for me.

The adjustable strap stays hidden inside on the back, and makes it super easy to expand the cap to get all your hair inside neatly.
The elastic didn’t bother me or leave a mark and i had no headache, which i usually get with any headband.
What i don't like about it is the strap catches on my hair, and also it's hard to fit all of my long hair inside.

When i stopped using one i had a lot more hair breakage and my hairdresser noticed immediately
