Pros

Dickies' are great to wear under sweaters or other tops. They draw the eye up toward my face and make my pullovers look nicer. They make a top look sharper than a lose low neckline, especially on older women.

The elastic for under the arms is adjustable for more endowed or less endowed people. The straps on the sides are adjustable and the chest coverage is decent.

Cons

The front and back flaps scrunches up. Some of stitching is inferior. If you are flat chested it fits fine but if you have any bosom it doesn't even come to front edge of bra.

Not breathable fabric. The material is so awful no amount of ironing will get the creases out.
