For the money, the quality is outstanding. This monitor was packaged and delivered with care. Impressive to say the least.

Cons

Backlight issue is awful. Screen has wavy, purple lines and the audio screeches. Poor viewing angle befitting early 2010s screen technology. Scepter unit is horrible.

Stay away from this product and seller. The reviews seem nice and for the first couple months they will be ok monitors but they are cheap and do not last. After research, i see a lot of people going through the same thing with the same monitor or bran... Read More

Customer service is non-existent. It is still under warranty, but the website states i am responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Send it back in original box and packaging.

It is totally unusable. Greatly disappointed. Super irritating.
