Pros & Cons
Pros
It has a great picture - extremely crisp. Not the brightest, but sumptuous picture quality.
Hdmi ports are plentiful and the power cable is long reaching. Handles 24 fps movies.
It's slightly annoying having to adjust the volume with a separate remote. I have it connected to a blu-ray player and the tv's software changes the signal source to the next port. Get a roku stick to plug in the back and make a smart tv for an added ... Read More
You have to get into the picture settings and play around with them all to really get this tuned in. Easy to set up also.
Great entry level "big screw" tv. This tv is astonishing. Love it.
Cons
Any dark scene becomes extremely pixelated and distorted and the backlight seems to flicker frequently. They are horrible. Don’t waste your money.

If you do not, you should weigh the cost of that against other tv options.
This was a great deal for $599, since the price shot up i am disappointed.
Packaging/appearance
Smart packaging; set upright, remove plastic 'clips', slide bosx off leaving tv fully displayed.
Competitiveness
This tv is amazing and you're monetarily foolish if you would pay over a thousand dollars for the same quality tv simply for a name-brand.
Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive brands.
