Speakers are decent but should be used with external speakers/headphones. It now connects by hdmi although you could use a vga cable. It also has an audio-out jack that lets you run the audio to an external set of speakers.

Trouble connecting via hdmi, it keeps disconnecting. There is absolutely no 75 hz refresh rate option.

The mantra, "buy cheap, get cheap," comes to mind. The warranty form found at their website is unable to be completed as you must upload a photo but no way to upload on one question.
