The picture quality is excellent, as good as any 48 to 55 tv i have seen.
Although as most others have noted you really need a sound bar to improve the quality of sound to a decent one worth listening to.
Uniform picture quality across the screen -- no 'hot spots' or backlight bleedthrough6.
Picture quality is a lot better than expected and it was really easy to set up.

The tv, especially for the great price, is fantastic.

I was skeptical when i ordered it, i had never heard of the brand and the price seemed too good to be true.
Update 08-nov-2014 -- walmart price has dropped to $349.
Shipping
Seller did a great job keeping me informed of shipping information and received it faster than expected.
I was nervous since its a tv and shipping, but the amount of foam and protection is incredible!

Competitiveness
I picked one of these up on walmart and it's a great tv for the price.
Not the greatest picture, but excellent for the price.
I don't think you can find a tv with a better image than this, unless you look at models with refresh rates above 120hz.
Dollar for dollar this is the best 50-inch money can by.

The text is very clear and the gaming is incredibly immersing impossible to even compare to those tiny 27 monitors they sell these days

The only problem you might notice is visible pixelization if you sit up close after all 1080p is a bit low for a 50 display

If i really focus and try to find it by moving my mouse around and comparing its movement to the movement of the cursor of the screen i see a veryvery tiny time delay but it doesnt affect my gaming experience even in fastpaced fps games at all

Especially since the prices on 4k tvs are falling down like apples in the fall i believe in a few months small sized below 60 1080p tvs will become pretty much obsolete
