The first remote that came with it did not work but i received a response from tech support within about an hour of sending me an email and they sent a replacement immediately

Recently just switched to a new samsung 4k uhd tv had no way to connect the sound bar to it since this sound bar does not have optical connection but overall still my favorite budget sound bar
