Pros
The picture quality is almost on par woth my more expensive polaroid 55 4k tv. The sound from the speakers have little base but the sound is clear and more than ample volume. More than sufficient for use as a bedroom tv.
For the price we paid, the workarounds are a decent tradeoff. For price and usage not to worried. Scepter is a good lower price value tv. Be sure to purchase a protection plan.
Even my spouse has been wowed by it. The menu/software gives a quite comprehensive range of adjustments, customizations & preference settings. And lastly, the customer service is great too!
Using the roku controller and stowing the sceptre remote worked well. Roku plugged into hdmi port works great.
Cons
Faces and skin have to way much chroma and no amount of adjustment will clear it. I could not with all the adjustments get a clear crispy picture. Even the lettering is blurry.

Picture is great at 4k and the sound is good for built in speakers.
The 4 hdmi ports suit my needs well, and the included optical audio works as expected.
Beats the lg tvs hands down since they have always failed within 6 months.

This tv was great for the price
And it's a steal deal fpr the price.
I'm sorry for my mistake and for the review that may have cost the company sales.
Great for the price but the volume is not good.
Shipping
I was missing a few items, and after contacting customer service it was shipped out right away.
Competitiveness
This was better than shopping in store!
This was a great buy on post-blackfriday, pre-cybermonday.
