There was some slight ups shipping damage to the roof but it was not visible when the clock is mounted up on the wall

I was a little amused by the accompanying instructions regarding such damage instructing purchasers to either fix it themselves or have it fixed but dont return it

Initially for the first several hours the clock cuckooed at 12 minutes before the minute hand reached the hour 12 and issued one chirp at 28 minutes after the hour instead of at 30 minutes past the hour

It took 58 hours for the cuckoo to crow more than once on the hour so we had to look at the clock to see the time
