Pros

It cools like no other 12vdc i have ever purchased. Withstands the rigors of being in a semi. Keeps my golf cart cool in summer.

This fan pushes a lot of air. Works well, but it's a little loud. Can run it all night long with no noticeable battery discharge.

    Although the brand name on the fan is different it looks like it comes from the same manufacturer that made the last 12v plugin fan i had in my car

    The only potential issue i can see with this fan is that the backing plate that holds the adjustment arm in the mounting bracket looks to be exactly the same size and made of exactly the same waferthin about 510 mm thick flimsy metal that they used in the last fan i had which is why i ended up having to buy this new fan in the first place

    I know that inexpensive chinesemade accessories of this type arent always very sturdy and thought i was being appropriately careful with it

    By the time i noticed what was happening a few weeks later the backing plate had weakened along the middle to where the upper 23 of it kept dropping out of the mounting bracket and folding over on itself causing the whole fan to droop way down and have to be repositioned two or three times a day
