Good quality j-bolt and wing nut. Firmly secures the tie down. Added a metal washer between the rubber one and the wing nut for added security.

Fast shipping and packaged well. Very inexpensive but not “cheap’. Sturdy and effective.

Waiting till tomorrow to contact seller due to their hours. Had to go to home depot to buy wing nuts to install.
