Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

The readout is nice so you can know how much power you are using. It is a little bigger than a lot of the cheaper ones, but it also puts out a lot more power than they do. The compact size is a bonus.

Modified sine wave inverter has an efficiency rating of 85%. Current draw at 760 watts is 78 amps. This is definitely a bump-up from the 400-watt unit i was using before.

Fan is nice and quiet, which is a bonus when you're in the car and already surrounded by noises and possible distractions. Can use during storm outages to charge phones, laptops, etc. Good to have a higher capacity backup.

Cons

This item has several features that are inconvenient. The output wattage is incorrect. If after many tires i do get the blender running, it lasts 3 seconds and the fuse in the power connecting cable blows.

This one is a lot better than the $20 cheapos out there, but does have its limits of course.
