I bought a new battery 7 months ago the other day i went out to start the truck the battery was completely dead after talking with my mechanic he recommended a battery maintainer because i dont drive my truck enough to charge the battery properly because i have on board anti theft software going all the time it draws off the battery charge

I installed this maintainer in minutes according to the manual and after two overnight charges it is now 100 charged because of green light indicator

The first one i received was defective and may have been previously usedi tried to get it to connect to the internet for several hours without success

The only problem i had was after years of use the terminals corroded and i had to replace the terminals
