None of the reviews i saw for any of the affordable chargers wowed me.
This charger is an updated version of the one i got 20 years or so ago for about $20 at a now defunct product return store.

I used it today after it arrived and it charged my battery up in one hour fifteen minutes.
Competitiveness
I purchased this unit to replace a much older schumacher battery charger.
I'm saying everything being everything, all compared, i don't believe you can do much better than the schumacher.

No matter what vehicle battery no matter what the condition of the battery is this device immediately takes charge determine the proper voltage and goes to work to tell if the battery is worthless or can be recharged
