Schumacher definitely takes a * but keeps on working! Couldn't be happier with an old version of this product. I suspect it tumble many times in shipping without issue -as designed.

Awesome jumper. Bought this for grandson about to take first long road trip. Should be one in everyone's vehicle. This booster pack is 7 years old and is still going strong.

Cons

First one battery quit within 3 uses for boost. Didn't use it again until march of 2022, and the air hose was cracked and leaking. Poor workmanship on hose.

This portable power device is to be avoided. A very shabby piece of equipment to market for automobile service. It is completely useless.

Just like the schumacher sj5, the schumacher sj1329 is heavy duty and well built.

Tried multiple lithium battery based jump starters and all failed.

It jumped started a dead battery on my v8 chevy contrary to what it said on the box or reviews.

Price

It was the best money i spent all year!

With just one use, it will pay for itself so a very good value for people who live out in the country and rely on being self sufficient.

Competitiveness

A neighbor had an almost identical schumacher unit that worked fine on the prius.

Was told by a prius/hybrid mechanic that many jump starters don't work with priuses.
