Pros

The trickle charger is lightweight and easier to use. The 2 amp charging capability brings it right back up in just a few hours.

Appears well-made and compact. Works great. Truly just plug and play. I'd like a voltmeter like function in addition to the idiot lights.

Works on cars and pickup truck and john deere 425 tractor. My last schumacher battery tender is 12 years old! I keep my bike on the tender always, as the security system, and other tech can deplete a battery pretty quickly if not ridden daily.

Cons

Buy a noco charger/maintainer.

Once it reads a charge of any kind it automatically shuts off. I assume (if this were a rationally developed device) red and yellow would mean the battery is incredibly weak but charging. Left it overnight, checked on it, unplugged it back in, plugged... Read More
