Although my hair is in general good condition whenever i am drying it the top layer lies like a horrible frizzy wire brush like a brillo pad on the top surface

Only one minor thing is that i couldnt find any english directions on the tube also the print is so tiny i couldnt read it even with a magnifying glass so maybe english is there but i just cannot read it due to the print size
