Pros

Works well if you need to do a bleach wash.

I have baby fine hair and it seems to be the only product my hair can handle for lightening. My hair is a natural darker brown.

Follow instructions except for one thing. This product is amazing. I usually have to do a double process in order to get this.

Cons

The burns are debilitatingly painful and blistering all over my face. More than a quarter of it leaked out during shipping (there was a lot more fallout than in the picture) none of the bleach powder is in the container.
