Pros

Saphire black is the perfect black dye for me! It's a dark black with cool blue undertones that shine through in the light. My hair feels just as soft, and it kept the shine. It's easy to apply and long lasting (about 3 months for me).

The only thing i would change, maybe, is the conditioner that comes with it. There are a lot of brands for hair color but this has a mild scent that isn't too overpowering.

Cons

No clear expiration date on the hair color. I can deal with the messiness aspect of it, however my bigger complaint is that it does not stay in my hair! I cannot recommend this product at all. The best one out there still is gardenia.
