Pros

Was recommended to me by my hairstylist. I buy this brand of hair dye regularly and my hairdresser always says my hair looks so good. The conditioner is the best of all!

Love the multifaceted color. Did a great job adding some richness back to my hair after too much balayage. My only complaint is it is cancelled a lot.

Cons

The conditioner provided with it is a joke. It looks like i tried to bleach my roots with peroxide. This is hardly vibrant color, and it’s impossible to rinse out.

Very disappointed. Will never purchase again. Would not recommend.

No clear expiration date on the hair color. Called the company. According to her it was expired in 2017. Smells awful and too harsh, reminded me of my grandma's white diamond perfume.

This is my third month using cinnamon brown, and fading is not an issue.

This is the best hair dye i have ever used, gentle on your hair and the color last .

I feel like i have to use it twice at every shower to get my desired softness.

Color does last a couple of months but with new growth it doesn't work to go that long between applications.

A really great price for some really good hair color.

So it’s way cheaper for me and even hair stylists ask me about the product and tell me i do a good job applying.

Packaging/appearance

I was very surprised & impressed with this brand of box color.

The box i got was expired this color has been discontinued and the hair dye was not right had to throw it out!

The color on the box did not represent the color i received though i appreciated everything else about the product.

This shade was fun but the color was a little too red, so i am on to another box!

Competitiveness

It makes me wonder, why can't everyone create a product as good as schwarzkopf.

I really like the schwarzkopf brand of hair color but the selection is limited in the stores near me.
