Pros

Less than an hour to do. My hair isn't dried out. Didn't seem to be too harsh on my hair and color took well. I used the delicate praline.

Colour is rich and vibrant with nice highlights and lowlights. Nice scent. No tingling or burning of chemicals on your head.

I assure you my gray is covered completely, my hair is shiny and feels luxurious, soft and a beautiful natural looking color. Good color and shine. This covers great and lasts longer than my salon trips.

Cons

The color washes out with every shampoo even when i used sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Not enough product. Also very drying.

Same day pic after coloring, 0% coverage. Zero shine. It’s actually matte.

You can’t really see my gray in the photo with the ponytail though but it’s there!

So by the end of it, if you keep it long enough to realize it fades you'd understand the box is spot on with the results.
