Pros

Even with their bleach, my hair never feels dry or damaged. The conditioner which comes with it is the absolute best! The usual scent is average for a coloring product.

Was available in stores then, but has sense been taken off shelves. The upside is application was super fast and easy and it does have easy directions. Very reasonably priced.

Cons

My caramel blonde hair was left very brassy and orange and also extremely overprocessed. The color is the lightest one. It's also much darker than the picture on the box.

I had never tried this brand, but am so pleased with the results.

Stylist was using a 7a but i decided to go with the 8 and love the color.

My only advice for people with the same problem is to leave the developer on for the full amount of time.

It recommends with longer hair to purchase (2) boxes, but with not being sure how the product will turn out i stretched the product.
