The instructions for assembly are mostly graphic, with some written notes. Folding is easy. I was confused by the delivery instructions though. Easy to assemble but heavy.

Decent adjustability (speed and slope). It reaches speeds up to 10 mph and has a 10% motorized incline. The speed and incline is more than enough.

It feels like it has shock absorbers or something, because it's easy on the legs. The fan is life saver some days with the three speeds. Doggies like it just fine as a place to lay.

It's nearly identical to the bowflex and nautilus models. Decided on this one instead of nordictrack.
