Pros

This thing absolutely provides a * cardio workout. I wish it came with an ac adapter for a calorie monitor. This is a great workout however i was expecting it to be fun.

The ad6 is a natural & terrific upgrade to the older ec model. It's rugged yet refined. The bike is smooth and solid at low or high rpms.

It has ample adjustments to find a comfortable seating. It easily adjusts to make it comfortable. Recommended buy, however with the caveat of replacing the godawful * device for a seat.

Cons

It is no longer under any kind of warranty. Wish i'd either gone for something cheaper that doesn't rely so much on electronics, or something pricier but more reliable like the peloton.

The arms are really hard to get on. You have to tighten it forever and it still tilts forward. The exercise poles are too far away from the seat makes my it unsafe for me to ride.

The speed sensor was poorly cabled. The rubber on the handlebars is tearing. My balance is not good and i should have ordered a recumbent bike.

Amazon initially refunded with a restocking fee. When i called them, they said it was mistake and refunded the full amount. This appointment is through a third party and they have never honored my availability when just setting up the appointment.

The packaging and assembly instructions were excellent, the best i've seen, it was very easy to assemble.

The bike was well packaged and the box was in perfect condition upon arrival.

Packaging was very durable and all parts were in perfect condition when delivered.

I feel it is safe to assume it was during manufacturing process because the box was in very good condition when it arrived.

Competitiveness

We are impressed by the build quality and materials used over their competitors.

In addition he filed the teeth on the "post bracket" so there was a better grip.

Otherwise, it's better than the older model i used to use.
