The product has multiple scratches everything small places. What * me off the most is 4 thousand extatic reviews. Since it was over a year it is not warrantable, despite being unused for the first year.

The seat is not easy to install or level. The instructions have to be followed very closely. The install is easy up until you try and connect the seat bracket to the rear mount bracket.

Unfortunately it doesnt fit on my schwann cruiser with a built in rear rack because the built in rack is too wide
