Pros & Cons
Pros
If you've misjudged the weather on your journeys you'll be glad for this rack. It’s very adjustable and will fit many kinds of bikes.
Easy to install, sturdy and very stable with my 24 fixie. Took a out 8 minutes to install. Tail light bracket allows installation of one of those remote control blinker/tail light/alarms. Need some hex and wrench tools to make install easier.

No big deal until i realized the curve part of the arm was now wedged stuck.

Arrived quickly and it was easy to install.
