Pros
The clamping mechanism for the handlebar is pretty snug. Works just as a bike bell should.
Cons
It is of inferior quality and you will not be happy with it. It is fragile and not very loud. It claims to fit most bikes, but is far too small to fit a drop-bar road bike handlebar.
