Pros
The bike is a good commuter bike. It rides well on a variety of surfaces. If you're handy and don't want to pay bike shop prices, this is a decent value.

Bike came packaged well, no damage to the box or bike. Bike was assembled at the big box stores where it was bought. There were no scratches or dings. The bike was packaged really well.
It comes in a big box and i can't attest to how easy it was to assemble because i didn't even want to attempt it.
The 18 frame is perfect for me at 5' 11 and 210 lbs. The size is good for husband who is six feet tall. This bike fits my 5' 10, short legged frame very nicely and 2.

This bike is a good value when supply can fulfill demand at $450.

Fast forward to last year, i bought a couple of e-bikes here on amazon and have loved having a motor to help me get moving.
It showed up earlier than normal amazon packages and was nicely packed and secure inside the box.
Packaging/appearance
Bike came packaged well, no damage to the box or bike.
Bike was very well packaged and easy to assemble.
It was still in the box and still had all the wrappers and stuff on it.
Didn't like how it was packaged box was damaged but i decided to keep and had one minor scratch where box damaged was
Competitiveness
A hybrid bike that is quicker and more comfortable on the road or gravel than my specialized mountain bike.
The bike is nice, however i would expect it to be better for the price and name brand.

Gear shift is little fragile youve to change them very carefully otherwise they slip and makes some noice

The button press change gear works great its the other manual gear change is what takes some experience to get it right

I bought the 17 inch frame bike since i am only 5534 and was thinking it was going to be small like a kids bike was surprised again at how big the bike actually is
