Pros

Bike came packaged well, no damage to the box or bike. The bike is a good commuter bike. It rides well on a variety of surfaces.

Schwinn has a good product competitively priced in the mid-tier range. This is honestly a very nice bike for a sub $600 bike and if you are getting it at that price i would recommend.

Cons

This bike suffers from greed for revenue at the expense of the end-user. Correcting this will be a major job.

Rear derailleur works for 1-5, not 1-7. Rear brake works, but has awful screeching sound. Cannot ride due to missing pedal. Extremely noisy and clunky while shifting.

It came damaged. Many bolts are loose with nothing telling you to tighten them. Replacement parts are the price of a nicer-end bike at the end of it.
