Pros

First impressions are that it is a decent bike for the money. Aluminum frame makes it really light weight with good strength. It's very sturdy, well made and should last a long 10 years or so.

Shifting in the front is a bit clunky, but the back is pretty smooth and responsive. Read the instructions on how to adjust disk brakes and do it.

Easy fix. Easy to assemble. Not hard at all. Took more than an hour to get it assembled, adjusted, and road tested.

Cons

Bike is impossible to assemble, and is cheaply made. The axle is one inch too short. The handlebars come loose every time i ride.

Customer service is 5 start but the bike is poorly made. Schwinn used to be a good bike. Very disappointing product. Spend the extra money and get a trek or other well known mtn bike manufacturer.

Purchased this color due to the huge price difference.

Shipping

Came early and was easier to assemble then my more expensive bike.

I found that i got to my destination in almost half the time than my old bike!

It arrived several days early and other than a broken reflector it was perfect.

Packaging/appearance

The website suggests rereading the instruction manual and going through the packaging to locate missing parts.

Some scrapes in the paint from the packaging not holding up during the rugged shipping process.

Competitiveness

Tires are great, height is perfect, highly recommended as a comparison to the trek bikes.
