I received the bike in 4 days and in perfect condition.

And had a helpful conversation with customer service - 2 days later a new fender arrived.

Delivery to honolulu by ups was excellent.

The great care that as given in packaging this bike was exceptional!

The bike is packaged very securely with an appropriate amount of protective foam/cardboard/plastic.

Started off with ups delivering a torn packing box.

It actually took a little time getting this bike unpacked, that’s how secure the packaging was.
