It is sturdy and solid, and very comfortable to ride.

Quality is exceptional - bike is very very well made.

We store these in the shop during off season and even after sitting for a few months, the batter is still fully charged.

Less than an hour of assembly and i was off and running.

Price

For the price of $1500 i'm very happy with the bike.

It was a $50 expense to find out the trick but well worth it.

Be aware though, i spent an extra $700+ for the biggest battery.

My bike was delivered safely and careful.

I also sent an email to schwinn but again it was a few days before i got a response so i decided to give them a call.

Packaging/appearance

This came really well packaged (no damage at all to the bike) and there was a helpful video that walks you through the assembly.

While i couldnt find any instruction on it in the packaging, if you hold down the + button after powering on, the headlight will turn on.

Competitiveness

Even better, customer support from schwinn was also awesome.

I have a similar bike from a different brand and it has 21 gears which felt like way to many.

The guys at the shop said it was such an easy bike to put together and the quality of the bike rivals those almost double the price.
