Quality
After pulling the crank arms, he adjusted them and we now are very happy with the bike.
I thought amazon's shipment quality would be high enough, but alas.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging looked decent, it was double boxed and i thought that's perfect the bike shouldn't have any shipping dings, scuffs,etc.
Competitiveness
But the shifting mechanism and and the gear set is not as smooth and precise as the more expensive high-end bikes.
I then began to compete with it in triathlons and have done around 15 so far with it.
