The bike works spectacularly with great looks and comfort. My grandkids love it too. Some things i didn't like an immediately replaced like the headset and stem. Shimano hydraulic brakes with integrated rapid-fire shifter.

I'd blame that on ups being careless along the way than on component quality.

I assume this would limit the shipping damage and allow for less returns of damaged bikes.
