Pros
Great looking bike. Easy to assemble. Customer service is amazing they really actually hired people that know what they're doing.
Fits my frame just fine. The grips are like rocks, as is the saddle. The drivetrain is good, the 21 gears are amazing, and the disc break work real good. The only issue is to suggest a wider saddle if you are bigger in the *.
Cons
Poor gear and wheel. Deraileurs fail immediately; the chain refuses to go up to the higher gears. Really frustrating. Not worth the purchase.

I received it aug 19th, assembled it with no disappointments of missing parts or bent rims etc.
The only disappointment was that it took close to 3 months to get it, but it was worth the wait.
I blame on covid for the long wait.
