Pros

The only thing i could have wished for is metal spiky pedals, but that's a very minor expense one can do if you choose. Tires seem like good rubber, suitable for sidewalks and a bit rougher. Only thing i would change is the tire pressure.

The bike is packaged very securely. Miklos is the name of my parrot, so i love this.

Super comfy seat, beautiful color. It has some new curvy type of seat. Padded and soft, the seat allows you to ride comfortably.

Cons

The chain constantly pops off in 1st gear. The fenders are trash. They rub against the tires.

This is a great family bike, the baby seat i got is a hamax and it fit easly and the basket and mirrors were inexpensive on amazon.

Shipping was very fast and packaging very secure.

I received the bike in 4 days and in perfect condition.

And had a helpful conversation with customer service - 2 days later a new fender arrived.

Delivery to honolulu by ups was excellent.
